Warranties and Return Policy
1. Product Excellence Guarantee:
Every product you buy from us must be free of defects or you may return it immediately for credit or replacement.
- All Jewelryhamper items are covered by a 3-month manufacturer’s warranty, which covers defective parts experienced under normal wear and the labor required to repair them. We cannot warranty any stones that we did not furnish.
- Our warranty is valid only at Jewelryhamper. Improper repair of warranty service performed by someone other than Jewelryhamper will void this warranty.
- All jewelry at Jewelryhamper is genuine, authentic and of consistent high quality and value.
- Jewelryhamper disclaims any liability for consequential or accidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of this item, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation will not apply to you.
- Our warranty is valid only in the USA.
2. Ring Sizing:
- We don’t do any ring resizing
3. Stone Replacement:
- We don’t do any Gem stone replacement
4. Jewelry Not Covered Under Warranty:
Please be aware that our 3-month warranty only covers manufacturer’s defects. It does not cover the following:
- General wear and tear such as scratches, dents, nicks or missing stones.
- Although our jewelry is resistant to moisture, water damage is not covered.
- Fading/chipping of the material on the product (which depends almost entirely on how you handle the product).
- Lost or stolen parts.
- Damage due to personal misuse or negligence.
- Damage, accidental or otherwise, to the item while in the possession of the consumer not caused by a defect in material or workmanship.
- Warranty is voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is voided due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.
Repair & Exchange
- Repair and/or exchanges are free for merchandise with any manufacturing defects.
- No exchanges or repairs will be provided due to merchandise damaged by negligence.
- Merchandise with any manufacturing defects for an exchange is only available for the exact item ordered.
- For non-defective merchandise, items can be exchanged for the same item in a different size for an additional 20% re-stocking fee.
- Not all merchandise may not be available for immediate exchange, so please allow approximately 5 weeks for production for out of stock items.
Terms & Conditions
- Returns may ONLY be accepted within 2 weeks from the dates of receipt.
- Any returned packages without a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) will not be accepted.
- For your protection, all returns MUST be shipped with a tracking number and insurance. (i.e. UPS, FedEx, or other carriers)
- Items MUST be returned unused, with labels or tags, and in their original packaging. No exceptions.
- Returned items will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
- Return is free for merchandise with any manufacturing defects.
- Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
- All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Any returned shipment along with COD (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted. , example below:
You may return any unopened Brand New product within 30 days of your product`s shipping date. Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable. Please note that All returns must have an RMA#.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
You may return all defective products (after receiving an RMA#) for credit or exchange within 15 days from the date of shipment. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. If one of these terms are not met there will be up to a 20% restocking fee. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable.Warranty is voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is voided due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.
Procedure
- Please e-mail us at support@jewelryhamper.com within 2 weeks of receipt with the photos of the merchandise and a completed return form regarding the item you are requesting to return.
- You will be issued an RMA# to be included in your return to ensure proper return procedure.
- Ensure that items to be returned are packed in their original condition and delivered to us with a service with a tracking number. We are not responsible if the shipment is lost or damaged during shipping.
- A refund will be issued once we received returned items. No refund will be issued in advance without receiving the returned items.
- You will be credited back with the original amount NOT including any shipping and/or re-stocking charges.
